CGA has a unique and detailed understanding of the integrated, collaborative, project delivery process. ICPD uses contract structures, and multi-discipline work plans, to best utilize the expertise of all team members.

Managing design and construction as separate functions is one of the biggest hurdles to project success. CGA is well-versed in facilitating the integration of design and construction to ensure design intent, minimize errors, properly manage risk, oversee construction, and enhance client satisfaction. 

  CGA uses building information modeling (BIM) to inform our work and facilitate the ICPD process. This tool provides the team with a complete design and documentation solution and supports all phases of design, drawings and schedules which are required for a building project. BIM allows the team to move from massing and conceptual studies all the way through the most detailed construction drawings and schedules on the same platform for better coordination and quality control at every stage of the project. 

CGA is experienced working with Design-Build Teams, Teams in Collaborative Association, Construction Managers, and Public-Private Partnerships.
