Greenville Center
Appleton, Wisconsin
This 36,000-square foot office building was envisioned as a laboratory for sustainable design.
The Cool Daylighting approach used, makes use of natural Day-light reducing the need for electric lighting. The combination of the daylighting design, low VOC materials and finishes, and a carefully designed ventilation system, results in an exceptional indoor spacial quality. While not formally certified, this building was one of the first in the United States to meet LEED Gold design and performance standards.
